FUNDAMENTALS PROGRAM | AGES 8 – 11

At this stage it is most important to learning the tools they will need for future training. By taking advantage of specific training windows, we can set our athletes up for later success.

Each class designed to improve:

  • Athletic coordination
  • Balance
  • Relative strength
  • Injury prevention

TRAIN PROGRAM |AGES 12-14

As athletes naturally increase in height, weight, strength and aggressiveness, the need for improved joint integrity is vital for reducing the chance of injury. Athletes are coached through the weight room to increase their strength and power output after practicing good technique.

  • Agility
  • Flexibility and mobility
  • Core strength
  • Strength and power

COMPETE PROGRAM | AGES 15+

Athletes work to refine their speed mechanics, with more advanced means. Resistance, assistance, and reaction are among the methods used in the speed program. Each athlete is optimized according to their biggest areas of improvement.

  • Reactive ability
  • Strength and power
  • Resistance to injury
